I have a Phenom ii x6 1045t @ 2.7 ghz and a GTX 770

I'm getting slightly bottlenecked by my processor, which is only at 2.7 ghz. I went crazy trying to get the most optimal fps to graphics ratio until I eventually just gave up, threw every thing on completely maximum, and decided to play with a wildly varying fps ranging from 25-50 in some places.
