Exactly, just because they are corny, cliche, or over-the-top doesn't mean they can't be fun. I can relate it to leaving it on a really bad Sci-Fi original movie because you have nothing else to watch, and enjoying it enough to watch it to the credits. Also, consoles hardly ever have killer launch titles. lol

The stance of the majority on QTEs is very confusing to me. Release an action game with QTEs and everyone starts passing kidney stones. Release a game that is nothing but a QTE, like Heavy Rain, and a lot of people call it GOTY.

Who gives a crap about metacritic? Just look at the recent DOTA 2 debacle. Too many gamers today have their head stuck so far up the butt of either AAA titles or established franchises to have fun with anything else.
