I guess my point is - I’m not really railing against my employers so much as (oddly) talking on this kinja the exact same way as I do to them in person, which I realize doesn’t come across as well on teh interwebz, and also for people who have never experienced our very....weird... law firm.

Eh, I think this being the internet and tone and all being absent -

I firmly believe that any lawyer who admits and knows this is most likely a good lawyer (if only for the self-awareness aspect that will likely keep them from malpractice, lol).
