I appreciate Carrie Anne Moss showing up every few years to remind me how smoking hot and amazing she is.

There is a certain truth to this part as well. The staging of shots in these movies is not at all good.

Yeah, it’s giving a little too on the nose to qualify as subtext when a creator goes out of their way to make that many parallels to something as historically relevant as that.

The mishandling of this and a lot of newer franchises has been truly baffling. Because it seems super obvious which direction to take on these and they just absolutely boofed it.

Can’t we simply enjoy when terrible people naturally fail, because they’re bad on more than one count?

Nobody is caping to be the wife of a nobody, the scales are just not in your boy’s favor in this relationship.

Wasn’t the world’s biggest fan of the psuedo-guru energy going throughout the Netflix series either.

I tend to think that all bad relationships will have a tinge of the worst kind of behavior, otherwise we’d stay put. It’s well marked that if you’re a woman doing anything with any considerable skill any dud, you’re with is typically into having a “cool girlfriend” in the initial stage when the bragging rights and

I love how you’re entirely wrong about Trigun. It’s non-violence protagonist hits way harder than say Rurouni Kenshin which was also its toonami companion and the emotional bits hit harder and has a better more cohesive design structure than Outlaw Star. The more childlike and goofy elements in the beginning makes the

Go to you picture settings and set it for Vibrant. It’s the only way to see anything nowadays on all these shows. Couldn’t see ish of Black Panther 2 until we fiddled around with the settings.

Lets get real. This was the best episode of the season...and its like the second to last of the season which was the problem really.

I want to see more fanciful fantasy series in general, without any tongue and cheek quips like...genuine humor from events or character foibles please!

OMG! right, She’s so good (They could’ve gotten away with making her Elora Dannon and tightening up plot, but neither here or there)

It was one of Disney’s better looking shows, but structure wise it was all over the place and not really sure where or what tone it wanted to be. Also had may too much “we’ll talk about that later” bits in it. I did like the cast and its a pity that the first half wasn’t nearly as good as the last two episodes of the

I’m of the opinion they should add a category of best ensemble and give out mini-oscars to the winner of that category.

IMHO, best actress/supporting is always a way more stacked category where they pit all your faves against each other. It’s always a few legacy actresses pitted against a truly stunning performance by a newer/lesser known actor, and it tends to alternate every year on whether a legacy or newcomer will win.

Look, we’re in a post-post-modern world technique over end product and emotionality simply holds no weight. It’s just sad crumpled snobbery.

I think, and I may be recalling incorrectly. I believe they made the excuse about being siblings so they didn’t have to field a thousand boring questions about romantic speculation or talk about the fact they were divorced. Because they divorced so amicably that telling the story (which to them was quite dull) would

People who go technique over song quality to make their music arguments, absolutely dry my eyeballs.

It’s a real weenie whistle opinion that wants to grant all innovation to Jack White without ceding any to his many collaborators which...is simply not the spirit of the dude in general and just want’s it’s “great man” theory to feel like a rebel rouse like the days of old.
