They don’t want to see it fail. I don’t mean to put that across. They wouldn’t have made it in the first place if that were the case.

Lol. But in all seriousness, I am a little miffed at this roll-out. Had this been a biopic about a less “hidden figure” they’d have found a way to stuff it in between Dr. Strange & Rogue One this year, or just did a wide release on Christmas.

It’s being released on Christmas according to the Wiki. But that’s just the limited release, I guess.

Rob? Thought Evan & James buried you in the woods and made a pact to never speak about it. Though, I have been out of the loop.

I crack up every single time comic readers get up in arms over events as if they DON’T ALREADY KNOW this will be retconned in a few years & replaced or streamlined into a better story that they will *actually* remember for ages. That’s what’s great about superhero comics. They’re not limited runs and the cream always

C’mon, dude. You’re going to give up on a show that you love because you disagree with the star on one issue?

Holy jeebus! If you even need this portion of dialogue to rationalize the story decision you made, you just need to back away from the idea all-together.

Don’t you see? It’s always everyone else’s fault for her shortcomings as a candidate.

I would LOVE to see this.

I wish this had come out a few weeks earlier so Marvel could have quoted her on the Civil War packaging:

There was no way they were keeping Spidey out of the marketing, and it would have been spoiled the DAY after release.

She’s fantastic. It really goes to her heart and character that she is still willing to be funny and entertain anyone on social media after what happened to her just a few weeks ago.

I feel you.

Indeed.

Fuckin’ Perlmutter, man. Smh.

with no cable, youtube is one hemisphere of my tv watching, and Red has no commercials, so, yeah.

I prefer my Batman solo, but damn would I love to see that lil' bastard on screen.

Yeah. I don’t mind the photo references much, but the heavy shadow really pulls me out of his art. It overpowers his linework without any of the playfullness or manipulation of nagative space that you get with say, a Shawn Martinbrough.

Lmao @ "Baby Grapes".

Exactly.
