WRT to warp and FTL there is no known theoretical method to achieve either of these, beyond some rather esoteric maths. Certainly no practical steps at the moment. i.e this is literally science fiction. Einstein states that nothing can travel FTL and there is nothing in science or physics that has disproven this. So…

That's also a good point. But how I was thinking about it is that it's actually a volume of space and not really a disc. So while a planet does clear other objects from it's orbit I would imagine that a greater volume of space for the goldilocks zone would allow for more eccentric orbits and so more planets. I think.

Think of it as disc with a hole in it where the sun would sit - if you push out the outside edge the surface area increases far more than if you pulled in the inside radius.

Actually we don't know any of your list. We don't know if there are any habitable planets. We surmise that they may be based upon their size, their orbital distance and period and their sun type but do we know they are habitable? No. We know of no planets that can support life natively.
