I think one of the problems is in the key premise - trying to keep everything in one minute. It only leaves a few seconds to assimilate and understand a diagram. That's pretty hard, especally when they jump from one to another so quickly. If they changed it to two minutes I think it would work far better.

I'm not getting something. In your first two sentences what in your view is the difference between cash and money? Is it that 'cash' is something you consider the physical item ie. in your hand, and 'money' is debtors or money owed?
