It should be a no-brainer that they are not going to adapt third party Star Wars stuff for this. I don't see how folks don't realize this.

Religion and tribalism.
I don't think this is even a contest. He's flying around fast enough to not be targeted by the main weapon and the little weapons are not going to hurt him.
True. Authors I know have told me to keep writing until something sticks. But it took three years to write the first one and it is hard to motivate for three years of effort again that odds say will be for nothing. Learning about how publishing really works was a huge demotivator.
What is a good site for this? Friends can only critique so much, but the really juicy and useful critique is going to come from folks that write. Transcendence is being made and is going to star Johnny Depp, as far as I understand...
In space no one can hear you squeal.
Well, the majority fantasy these days is Twilight-fueled urban fantasy crap so I have a hard time defending arguing.
Can you imagine how incredibly fun playing with a bunch of puppies in zero-G would be?
All I know is that it looks really good. I'd prefer some new character, but I am also sure I could enjoy a new take on an old one.
I am not sure it is confirmed that it is a TOS character. In fact, Cumberbatch has said (whether it is true or not) that it is not a character seen before.
