It's awful here. Really, righteously terrible. I'm perpetually astounded at how quick and easy it is to get a license around here, and it shows.

She also admitted fault right away for saying "I'm sorry", too. My guess is the lady felt bad enough that she won't try to fight anything. And hopefully she feels bad enough to not step into her car again.
