Hate the new digital dash.

Where’s the damn Trunk Monkey when you need him?

Seriously? You didn’t know that many cars have this lane change tap function? Shame! As for the self-cancelling signals on a motorcycle, my 1986 Honda VFR had that yet none of my newer bikes (2001,2007, 2012 Hondas, Ducatis and BMWs) did.

Slideshows and video posts will never get more than 1 click from me and then a variation of this comment.

Anyone who buys this over the Golf R is just looking for the Audi logo... or to not have a VW logo.

All those options that came with the author’s S3? They’re standard on the Golf R.

Whats weak: Useless small trunk instead of a versatile hatchback.

IMO, there never should’ve been a tax credit. If EV’s are really the answer to the next generation of vehicles then they should fight ICE on a level playing field. People should buy them because they are better in one or more metrics that matter to consumers than their ICE counterparts. Tax breaks just try to push us

It’s unfortunate, but I agree. IMO, the rebates only moved EV prices up and into the luxury car category. Instead of getting more consumers into affordable EVs, it became a free upgrade for people who were already looking to buy a $60,000 EV.

He actually did alot of things right. He did (at least most of the time) lay off the throttle around other cars or before blindspots. Afroduck’s run had WAY more traffic, so he swerved through it way more often.

Throw weight in there as well. The fact a 9,000 lbs Hummer EV requires the same license and can be driven next to a 2,120 lbs Miata is ridiculous.

it’s time to mandate (and enforce) a standardized bumper height for all vehicles.

The SRT brand - an idea before its time.

The cyclist was traumatized by his own negligence and stupidity - what possible difference would it have made if she had stopped?

Electric vehicles are actually way less complex than their ICE counterparts. The complexity argument comes from the civilian world where newer electric vehicles are riddled with sensors and other driver assistance/safety tech. The danger of damaged batteries in combat is a real threat and one that would hopefully be

Not bad, but let’s do a sequel with e-scooters. I’ll make the popcorn.

Certainly the crane truck driver wasn’t paying enough attention, but I’d be curious exactly why the pickup was sitting in the middle of the highway. I wasn’t there, but it didn’t look like it was so severely damaged that it was immobilized.

I would argue salespeople actually detract from the experience. They actively make things worse through incompetence.

Salespeople add zero value to the experience. I know more about the cars I’m interested n then they do. They don’t even know the simple things like what they actually have in inventory. Everything they do they look up on the computer, and they are the one thing between me and a good price on a car. If I can actually

Yup, thats how DT set up the program- no oversight. It was pretty much free money to shady business owners/big corp/churches.
