HOA’s boggle my mind. I can’t fathom why somebody would voluntarily buy a house with an HOA. They are, thankfully, pretty rare here in Canada.

My argument is that if I bought a car, it becomes MY property and therefore, I should be allowed to do what I want, as long as I am not breaking a law.

Were the Buffalo made panels more expensive than alternatives? I would hope that they are higher quality. I would really love to go solar but my house is in exactly the wrong orientation for rooftop panels. I think I eould have to install a rack on the ground to get the panels facing South.
