It’s always the guys living paycheck to paycheck that spend the most money to modify their vehicles.

Fees on pollution create a two-tiered system where the rich can do it but the rest of us can’t. Think of the low income folks that want to go fast and spew CO2. It’s like parking in a no park zone and getting a $50 ticket. To me, it’s a deterrent, to a rich guy, it just means that parking there costs $50.
Haha. Yeah. I actually never managed to own an iPod, or other mp3 player. iPods came out when I was a poor college student so I couldn’t afford one. I kept my CD player with casette adapter through college and grad school. Once I was finished and had a real job, smartphones had taken over the duties of the iPod,…
An aunt of mine had been living in Texas and had their version of a learner’s permit. She moved to Indiana and the worker must not have been paying attention and gave her a full license. It was the 70's so nobody cared.
Haha your dad sounds like a bit of a Florida Man. I had driven tractors with manual transmissions so I figured a car would be easy. Turns out, a 1991 Ford Escort with 200,000 miles has a LOT less torque than a John Deere. I must have stalled that car 20 times at the first intersection. Thankfully it was a deserted…
When I was younger, my dad set a cage trap for a groundhog that was digging under our barn. He caught a skunk instead. So of course, he asked ME to quietly and calmly let the skunk out. It was pretty chill and fortunately decided not to spray me.
1. Goad Mike Tyson into punching your face
You must have meant to say Western Germany, referring to the geography of Germany
And risk a launch in the Bermuda Triangle? Are you crazy?
Did they base the Fast and the Furious off of your life? I love it, and if doing stuff like that got you into cars then it’s all good.
This is the most 90's kid thing ever. It shows a true mastery of the technology of the day.
I paid CAD $2.00/L for 91 octane. Doing the math with a 1.28 exchange rate and 3.78 L in one US gallon, it works out to USD $5.90/gal.
So that’s why the transmitter seems to be made of cardboard and aluminum foil and the scientists on the project all have million dollar homes!
That’s where you’re wrong. Danger signs don’t deter Florida Man. They are a siren song to him, leading him to his doom. The bridge evolved those signs to attract its prey just like the deep sea angler fish.
While it seems cool to the kid in me, I couldn’t imagine living in that place full time. Imagine being alone there for a week.
If I’m not mistaken, she is the adopted daughter of James Bond and John Muir whose romance had seemed very unlikely as James Bond is fictional and John Muir has been dead for 108 years.
I think that they realize that you are generally unlikeable and some of those vibes may have transferred to your cars. :)
Why the hell would anybody even bother with a project like this?? You are right, the yoke solves no problems, instead it creates more issues. It is completely illogical engineering masturbation.
Exactly. They need to sit in opposite corners of the room and think about what they each did. It honestly seems like 2 children who got in a fight.
Rumor has it, you could develop film by dunking it in the river downstream of the Kodak plant. :)
