Or we could all grow our own food instead of pawning it off on farmers?

No

You do have pretty short legs for your height. What makes up the height, a long torso, or a giraffe neck? ;)

Fifce? sixce, sevence, eighce, nince, tence.

I wondered if there was a word that came after thrice and found this little gem.

I won’t look up the Weather Tech guy’s politics because I REALLY don’t want to know. I quite like the product and it is nice to buy US or Canadian (gotta represent) when possible. No matter how unsavory the owner is, at least the company is providing decent blue collar jobs. I think that we in North America made a big

Interesting. So in Back to the Future, when the Doc stole plutonium, that was a big deal to those terrorists, and they were right to be very angry about it.

For somebody who really wants an old Ranger, this is a great truck. It has all the options a Jalop would want and is in great condition. 10 years ago, I never would have believed a Ranger could go that high.

Neat. How were the 50's?

They have them, it’s just that the plutonium produced by breeders could be used by nefarious types.

I have read the occasional piece by Jack B. I never got his (seemingly) one sided beef with Jalopnik. It seems like he was always quick to call the commenters here idiots. Who here hurt him?

I thought the Cyber truck made EV trucks desirable.

When I was a kid, a buddy of mine lived in a place where a straight section of country road made a bend. Fortunately, nobody ever died there but once ever year or two, somebody would overcook it and end up in this family’s front yard. They kept a chain with their tractor because it happened so often.

Ah yes, but Ferrari doesn’t make money repairing cars if rich idiots don’t crash those cars.

Now playing

Public transit is an alternative to salting roads? As far as I know busses also need the roads to be free of ice.

I’m pretty sure that if left unattended a Subaru door chime will eventually get loud enough to blow the doors off.

Yep. There isn’t a great alternative. Salt is cheap and effective. Not the most effective but certainly is the best bang for your buck.

We have found that older tractors will run on damn near anything that burns. We have used Kerosene, and solvent naphtha when the diesel tank was empty. Biodiesel works pretty well in summer, it can start to coagulate in winter.

Just got mine all sorted. I owe Joe some money, but Justin is giving me some money back. Most of the time I don’t have to send any to the US but this year was weird.

Oooooh. I hate that so much.
