Exactly. My dear sweet mother drove a 1991 Ford Escort to 235,000 miles, half of which were on the highly salted roads of WNY. The engine still ran strong but all the undercoating in the world couldn’t stop that car from rusting away.

“Hi Kyree, Welcome to the team. Here’s your office. Just settle in amongst the guns and electronics.”
Business idea: Rent that 911 out for dates. I’ve even got a name for it, “Marriage Mobile”.
I don’t know how the 1% date. Unless you were with somebody before you became wealthy, you can never trust them completely that they’re not in it for the money. When my wife and I met, I was driving a 95 Chevy S10 with a grey hood and fenders, a blue body and a red tailgate. I am 100% certain that she didn’t stay…
I think in your case, you did rideshares right. It can work to make some extra beer money. Not something to try to make a living at. My old neighbor did Skip the Dishes because it kept him from sitting around playing video games all weekend. He made enough to cover expenses and have a few extra bucks.
I think it would look better in Plum Crazy Purple.
English grammar sucks, but French is no better. Just bad in a different way.
I came up with a way to get a new car easily.
There is one Dymaxion prototype and two replica Dymaxion cars in existence. My guess is that for the next 20 years, this thing will be outnumbered by Dymaxion cars.
Its funny in NY, stations had either 91 or 93. In Ontario, I have seen some stations with 87, 98, 91, and 94 available.
That is a good point. However, I predict that the CUV will die very soon and we will all be driving Elio’s. As soon as Paul gets production started.
The very rural life is easy to romanticize but not fun to live. As a kid, we heated our drafty old farmhouse with wood. If we weren’t out cutting wood on the weekends, we would be cold. Before going to school, I had to clean the pens of about 200 pigs. We could only go on the occasional, very short vacation if we…
Once something becomes too ubiquitous, people have to change to stand out. That’s how minivans replaced the station wagon. Wagons were ‘mom mobiles’ and the vans were mildly cooler and more practical. Exactly the same thing happened when the SUV replaced the minivan and now is being replaced iwht the CUV. I wonder…
Yes sir they did. I remember we had an old (I want to say 68) C20 that had trailing arms and coil springs.

Amazing
Can you please explain how the hell you hit a porcupine? Did someone throw it out of another plane? Was there a catapult launching woodland creatures?
It was tough to see Williams struggle for so long. I am amazed at how long they lasted as a small privateer team against the big manufacturers with much deeper pockets.
I do love the whole tulip fiasco. It proves that our ancestors were just as dumb as we all are.
