Considering the last minute of Game 1 of the Finals, this doesn’t even crack the top 500 (string of expletive) rants involving Cleveland in the last 3 days.
Only thing is that “everybody complaining about a Warriors repeat” does not equal the people that would be paying the officials off. Public interest would be helped if the Cavs would have won, but not necessarily the pocketbook of whoever might be paying them.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Fuuuuuuuck him
I absolutely think he was kind of just “meh”, maybe thinking that with this group they can’t beat Golden State anyway. But they actually match up very well with Houston, so I think you’re right, I think he’s going to go Super-Sayan Lebron on the Celtics tonight and probably in game 7 thinking exactly what you said.…
So I’m a huge Cavs fan, and what the Rockets are doing is exactly what Cleveland did to them in 2016 (and at the end of the 2015 finals as well). This is not an accident. Houston is using their long athletic guys to smother shooters, playing ultra physical through Golden State’s screens, and picking and choosing VERY…
Yep I ran out of fucks to give around age 15 in Toledo, I’ll be damned if any of these rich spoiled brats in Cincinnati are going to act a racist fool while I’m around.
Yep! Got a job as a lifeguard there in HS, moved to recreation (which was lifeguarding some days, other days doing activities with kids every hour so the parents could go have a drink / bone / whatever). Wish I could do it for a living as an adult, best job I ever had.
Exactly, this isn’t fuckin’ rocket science.
They do, and I had a couple of buddies who worked there who said it was pretty much the same. I worked farther west, maybe 45 mins, but yeah they had dorms back when I was HS age.
Not quite Mackinac Island, but I worked at a Resort near Cedar Point that had a bar, a “recreation” department, and two different teams of lifeguards (half employed by the resort for the pool area, half employed by the state for the beach at the state park).
Late 30s guy living in super conservative city in Ohio.
+1 repressed high school memory
I didn’t know Deadspin used the metric system for voting, I’m impressed.
Amir Garrett, after the game, I assume referring to all of Baez’s bat flips:
I think the Costco hot dog is still a buck, and it’s pretty good.
Agreed, if JR Smith and Kevin Love are going to shoot like this, and Hill is going to just refuse to shoot, it’s already over.
Just heard commentators say they went 1-12 on “wide open 3 pointers”.
