Not currently, no. The idea though is to take them at age 20 or 21, and train / practice for a couple years to get to that point and to learn the game. These guys are world class athletes, and while they can’t step on the field and be good certainly the potential is there.
Agreed 100%. Think of how many running backs and linebackers and defensive ends that don’t get drafted are out there. Get them into Rugby and we would be competitive sooner than later.
