Agreed. The Espace was a pretty capable car before they did that to it! Fibreglass body + V6!

Number 1 is my excuse. Got ran over on a push bike because a driver didn't see me in BRIGHT SUNLIGHT. Hate to think how much worse it would have been had I been going 3 times the speed.

The most expensive road in Britain in terms of per metre cost was finished last year near me: The Hindhead Tunnel.

Same. Keep it clean and you don't need it! They always smell not quite right as well.

As a couple of friends have tiny Peugeot 107s I have to say you'd have to be incredibly fat to feel cramped in the front of that.

Like lack of quality engineering? Compare panel gaps for instance, in terms of refinement (and interiors) American cars are still years behind :/

Not on country roads. Someone where I live owns a Bugatti Veyron and never see it driven fast at all because it's too wide even for town roads. Motorways etc would be fine though.

It's not height and length that is the issue, it's width. Try getting past a transit on an average country road which is only wide enough for 1.5 cars...

That's hilarious and sad at the same time!

Then surely this car would scrape over all of them? :(

I particularly like the Rolls-Royce one because I'll be working in that assembly plant soon :P

What about speed bumps? Or are they a British thing?

But these type of cars tend to have seriously upgraded powertrains, whyyyy?

Am I the only person who looks at stupidly lowered vehicles and thinks "What happens when they turn/accelerate/put passengers in?"

If it's one of those Sony Trinitrons there's almost certainly life in it yet, ours only recently got replaced when it broke and think it was bought late 90s!

I lol'ed. So glad he's been replaced!

Based on one yes, not that I've read it :P

Heck fairly sure the rear left isn't even an alloy...
