Sticking up for my own country/continent here, the Eurofighter may not be better than a F-22, but sure as heck is of comparable level of technology:
Brilliant story! :) Somehow I doubt that'll happen to me, though I'm hoping I will have an industrial placement before I graduate and therefore will be buying a car myself :P
60-hp supercar? Wow, I feel like I'm in 1928.

Fair enough. Had a few compressor blades handed round in lectures before, and it's kinda weird to think that each one is worth £thousands. Admittedly turbine blades aren't anywhere near as hard to make :P
YES. As the original was only 40 inches tall, it might kinda work... lol
Niceee. How'd he get his hands on that?
I can't quite grasp 7,000,000+ Nm of torque!
Either that or the weirdest camshaft I've seen in my life lol!

So they hate the Austin "All-aggro" even though they've probably never seen one because Top Gear hates it, yet dislike the Jag X-Type because it's based on a Mondeo (great starting point) even though last time I checked Top Gear always loved that.
Actually we drive on the left, which is the right side of the road ironically.

That video is brilliant! You seen this one, where he does an impression of himself? :P
I think you're exaggurating it's influence. GTA III sold roughly ~10mil, the PS2 has sold roughly ~150mil. People bought the PS2 because Sony captured both casual gaming and hardcore gaming at the same time, way before the Wii ever did.
Personally, I think the XF looks pretty amazing without one anyway :)
To be fair, due to pedestrian safety laws, they don't have them anymore :(
Those kids in that picture should not be playing Modern Warfare 3...
