Open-world, free-for-all PvP in a “Levels & Gear” game where the levels and gear aren’t normalized in the mode?

.../facepalm

Normally I wouldn’t advocate corporeal punishment for children, but these two gremlins are special cases.

Me neither. They could have just asked him not to come in anymore.

Good bartenders are tough to find. It’s difficult, exhausting work at busy restaurants.

That was an incredibly insightful and vulnerable piece of writing. As someone who has been reading this site since well before Kinja existed, I can say with certainty that this is one of my favorite articles of all time.

Oh man that really scratches an itch. I hope they get it right! Games like this are so hard to pull off.

Eh, I guess I don’t mind. In The Division 2, it just feels like I’m starting from a place of “Level 1 D&D character”, and unlocking all the perks (well, the ones you can get before level 30) is getting to “Level 3 D&D character”. You know, the point where you pick you class specialization and get all your cool toys.

If by “the decade” you “not before 10 years”, you’re definitely wrong.
