Correct me if I’m wrong, but the entire “review” in question looks to be nothing more than a long-winded tirade of mansplaining.

My company doesn’t do business with the Federal government. There are too many landmines and, as contractors, we may run into a situation like this where we may be expected to provide service but not compensated for it.

So... he admits that the shutdown is political retribution against people who refused to support his regime? That the shutdown was specifically designed to target Democrat government workers in an attempt to strong-arm a political initiative through the process?

That’s an especially flagrant and disgusting violation of the UCMJ.

It depends on their mission. However, even the article states that an anonymous official (and given the modern political atmosphere, I don’t blame the source for remaining anonymous for fear of retribution) noted that operatives like SEALs typically won’t have pictures of themselves posted without blurred faces, and

Yes, but this picture received an unusually high level of visibility. This isn’t some small-time Twitter account that nobody knows about; it’s literally the most visible account in the world.

He likely gave the order for it to be posted, and I’m sure that whatever poor, dumb social media manager that makes these videos simply created it, gave it to Trump, and he posted it to Twitter.

They are allowed to have political opinions, of course. They aren’t supposed to express those opinions when in uniform, however.

I guess because it’s already out into the wild and media outlets really handle the images of children with kid gloves (pun intended).

As a former Navy Officer who held a TS SPECAT clearance and frequently acted as the ship’s handler for SEAL operations in Kuwait and Iraq, I would expect that they would be transferred out of theater now.

I’ve got a Prius for a daily driver because of the amount of miles I put in running a company. I also live in Jacksonville, which is the native spawning grounds of these big, ugly bro trucks.

Don’t forget the most important part:

If you follow a crafting guide and have the money to buy materials off the marketplace, you can level an individual crafting skill from 0 to 70 in a matter of a few days of focused play or a week of casual play. It’s really not that big of a deal to get “powerleveled” from 30 to 50; the real work is from 55-ish to 70.

This is not at all true in general.

Yep. My wife and I are childfree and so happy because of it. We started dating when we were in 10th grade, over 26 years ago. We married right after graduating from college, over 19 years ago. Even after all this time we are each other’s best friend. I don’t think we have ever had anything that could be called a

I get your point. In fact, you’re probably right about Titan’s failure being the leverage Activision needed to start exerting control over Blizzard.

Dayum.

Gross.

As an application developer project manager, my take is that Blizzard took the right step with Titan; the misstep would have been to not recognize an impending disaster, fall victim to “sunk cost fallacy”, and release a sub-par game.

Why did the coach and the team not stand up (or walk out) for their teammate?
