It’s funny how KoTR has this image of being super-long when, looking at the above clips alone, it’s only marginally longer than Bahamut Zero, and actually shorter than Ark.
It’s also about as long as Eden in FF8, which was a lot more boring to look at.

I have to say I’m super-duper impressed with Ramuh in FFXV though.

Um... Luke...

This may be anecdotal, but from my experience with SFV so far, the number of Kens and Ryus really isn’t that bad. Not NEARLY as bad as SFIV in any case.

I’m getting a LOT of Karins, and they tend to kick my ass.

I read that as “level-based” as in, there’s a hub, and you can choose the level you want to go to (so not PLAYER level, but “stage” level), like in Demon’s Souls, which means you can still run into areas that might be way over your head.

Because sometimes NOT saying something is funnier.

Hah! Sucks for you, Xbots!

Meanwhile, I am here on my PS4, playing SFV onl...

I’ve said why I commented. Learn to read.

Dude, I seriously don’t give a shit

Look, I don’t even care that they did it or whether it’s censorship or not, I’m just saying I think it’s an odd decision when there’s much more egregious stuff in the game.

Well, yeah, I mean, technically it’s still in there and they only moved the camera up a bit, but it’s still an odd decision.

For reals.

Agreed!

Welp, not even Final Fantasy is safe from turret sequences anymore, it seems :(

Still looks amazing though!

Man, I remember a time when Uematsu’s name actually meant something. He hasn’t done anything noteworthy since Lost Odyssey...

He’s been working on Scalebound, dude. They announced this at E3 2014.

Yeah, I’ve had that exact same bug in The Witcher 3, and it happened to me in Skellige as well.

It would be childish of Bethesda to pin this on Kotaku.

They announced the digital port long before the remake though. In fact, when they announced the port they were met with so much ridiculing that some people believe it’s what motivated SQEX to finally do a remake in the first place.

Telltale will remember that
