Yeah, sorry, I should have included the multiplat stuff as well.

Screw Ergheiz. Dissidia is where it’s AT.
Dude, it’s a Virtual Console game, not a remaster. HUGELY different things.
Also, I think people mostly complain about PS3 games being remastered on PS4, which is pretty unnecessary. At least Mario 64 is almost 20 years old, so a remaster on Wii U would actually be a cool thing to have.
Well, this just killed pretty much all hope/excitement I had for Silent Hills.
Maybe Guillermo can make something out of it on his own (provided they don’t just take him off the project either), but Konami is fucking helpless without Kojima anyway.
Uh... they DO have April Fools in Japan. Lots of Japanese companies pull some kind of prank every year.
That said, you’re still right: no way that this story is a joke.
The exact same thing happened to me after I beat this boss.
I was poisoned and saw my health ticking down, but I didn't have a poison-curing item and couldn't be bothered to waste blood vials to survive until the poison effect was over, so I was like "fuck it".
I actually did the exact same thing: bought (pre-ordered even) the game at Sofmap for 6350 yen, then sold it off again a day later at the exact same store for 4400 yen, setting me back 1950 yen, but I also used 800 points on my point card, so it actually only cost me 1150 yen.
Why does everyone hate Second Son so much!?
Bloodborne shares much in common with Demon's Souls and Dark Souls, but also works hard to establish its own identity. By now, the Souls games have become their own subgenre, and Bloodborne provides all-new additions to a framework that's getting sturdier over time.
Good, Kojima deserves better than to be forced to keep churning out sequels he doesn't want to make.
Would love to see some more original stuff from him, and I'm sure any studio would love to have him.
I hope this doesn't impact Silent Hills too much though.
Geez, Peter Dinklage is in EVERYTHING nowadays, isn't he?
Gonna play the SHIT out of that FFXV demo, and MAYBE even touch FF Type-o as well.
If you're a fan of old-school FF, Type-0 will not quench your thirst, since it's pretty much an Action RPG.
Have you tried Bravely Default, though?
Comes from Latin "Dissidium" meaning "discord" or "quarrel". Dissidia is the plural form.
I think you're right.
I played the original on PSP, and I didn't think it was anything special at all. Not BAD, just kind of meh. I'm expecting the Metacritic average to hover somewhere on the plus side of 70.
That one bit from the beginning to the end
I mean that people complained (very loudly) about not wanting to pay $60 for what was allegedly a 5-hour game., and a very linear one at that, and there was a whole discussion about length vs price and whatnot, which was largely, as you said, stupid.
And now we have a review saying that 12-15 hours for a $20 platform…
I find it amusing that, so shortly after the The Order debacle, a $20 game that took you 12-15 hours to complete is still considered "a tad short."
I, for one, am fucking STOKED for this demo. I can't even remember the last time I was this excited for a mere demo, but there you go.
