I've been playing through some PS+ freebies mostly, so I've actually already completed a decent number of games in the first few weeks of the year.

I gave up on expecting sensible titles from Japanese games a LONG time ago.

I've seen 60fps trailers of games that turned out to run at less than 30 fps.

It's not a roman numeral, like in Final Fantasy X.

I would be surprised if there wasn't something in there that tied this game in to the first game.

I'm still not sure how the folks at Monolith Soft are managing to eke so much out of the frustratingly underpowered Wii U, but hey, I'll take it. I mean, just check out that video footage. It looks wonderful. Hopefully they populate that world with interesting enemies and things to do beyond "GO COLLECT THIS THING."…

Okay, instead of buying a Vita, learn Japanese and import the on-disc Suikoden collection.

It looks VERY different from all of the other games in the series so far, so I don't expect it to be representative of the series as a whole.

From what I can tell, there's your token Evil Empire thing going on as well. I'm sure there will be a proper story to some extent.

This has been clear from pretty much the day they announced it, which is about 8 years ago now. They always said it was the KH team developing it, so what did you expect?

It's a port of the PC version which has slightly polished up graphics and you'll get Trophies, so OBVIOUSLY it was going to cost more than the PSX classic, because making it the same price wouldn't make any sense.
I don't know why they made it $16 instead of the more regular $15, but anyone who did not see a price like…
