Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is not the main map theme.
Shimomura knows better than that ;)

They specifically stated they removed a lot of combat and all of the event flags because they just wanted to show the size of the map.

I sincerely doubt that, if they were to ever remake FF7, they'd make the world map as detailed as the world in FFXV is looking.

Are you playing on PS3/360?

Yeah, it's not very scary at all, but it can be SUPER tense in places.

Nope, it belongs there. Far Cry 2 was shit.

But it's NOT a bad game. Like, AT ALL.

If you think the game is bad because it does not meet the standards of what you'd expect of a $60 game, then the price does make a difference I think, yes.

We do not speak of the spin off

It's a series of Japanese horror games, and YES you should.
Only the first 3 have been localized though...

I'm a huge fan of the series, but I should honestly play through all of the games again before answering this question...

Should, but won't! So here goes:

4 > 2 > 5 > 3 > 1
I'd include the remake of 2, but honestly it's nearly identical so there's hardly any point to separating them.

See, now you've made me VERY curious as to what you're doing with that Bayo 2 disk ;)

I think you are completely missing the point that there are a lot of people out there who say this is not such a bad game at all and that reviews are not being fair to it.

It's funny, I think the 3DS game is supposed to be coming out next week and I haven't even seen a single screenshot of it yet.

It's hardly fair to compare a new $15 game to an old $60 game that costs $15 NOW, is it?

"skulk + gather resources + fight" loop that you do for most of the game"

"We already lost Platinum"!?

Dude, Mikami has NOTHING to do with RE5 and 6.

I wish I shared your unrealistically positive views on game reviewers, but the harsh reality is that NOBODY does that. Game reviewers don't play games that thoroughly AT ALL, mostly because they don't have the time/patience for it (and often not the skill either).

I knew they'd pull a stunt like this, so I'm glad I got the US version.
