That endorphin high you get from eating something crazy spicy is pretty great fam.

I guess readers here don’t expect actual arguments or reasoning in their articles then but just lots of citations.

You expressed yourself better than the author’s rambling piece did that seemed vaguely offended by the African proverb business but gave no real reason.

Oh shit, my bad, sry.

I’m gonna have to one-up you there, buddy. #sorrynotsorry

I just attribute everything I say to Maya Angelou.

Hilarious.

I am not sure what the point of this is. Is there some harm in attributing to Africsn sources an inspirational quote? Given that this site could go under soon, it would seem like there should be more legit things to write about.

There’s a further subtlety. I don’t think anyone is explicitly happy that someone died. Rather, they’re happy that a person who did awful things can no longer do those things anymore; whether that’s by death or banishment doesn’t really matter.

yeah, this is an super-important point that i regretted not shoehorning into my post. thanks for raising it. i had a very similar experience thinking about scalia

I fully approve of a semi-frequent, retrospective looks at various comic book crossovers.

Their history of doing this is not what I would have expected.
