Putting him on the space station seemed like a more diplomatic method of dealing with the elephant in the room. Character gets a happy ending (he’s an astronaut! lives on a space station! he doesn’t have to endure being the Gary Walsh to Zach’s Selina Meyers and end up like how poor Gary ended up, getting framed by

Seriously—you live in the world, dumbass. Don’t pretend you’re the only person in said world who conveniently didn’t hear about the restrictions.

YES. This exactly.

You know, it would be a hell of a thing if everyone that flouted COVID restrictions on social media were fined according to their income.

I agree with you. Don’t waste resources for a fucking party, don’t waste our bandwidth with ‘It’s okay because we tested’ bullshit, don’t pretend after the fact that you give a flying fuck about people who are in need and are having their worlds torn apart this year.

I’m right there with you. Celebrities and athletes somehow have easy access to as many tests as they want, yet the masses still have difficulty getting one. I suspect the situation will be the same with a vaccine.

It seems most people don’t want to know that testing negative isn’t a magical ‘get out of quarantine free’ card. If you’re exposed, you gotta quarantine for 14 days from your last exposure, regardless of your results. You can still test positive later!

Also, the tweet is just shocking levels of plain ole dumb. I’d also take all the celebrities trotting out the “but we’ve all been tested” with a huge grain of salt.

I’m trying to understand the level of self-centeredness it takes that CardiB believes she should be tested four times per week (and everyone around her!), just so she doesn’t have to change her lifestyle one iota.

No, you’re right. They can’t even keep it quiet. The lack of self-awareness is staggering. Also, getting tested 4 times a week?! Most people in this country can’t even get tested at all without waiting in line for hours or getting special permission from their doctor. Not to mention the lag time rendering the positive/

We all understand how it works. Rich\famous\powerful have the access to resourses us plebs don’t get. But you fuckers can’t even scrape up the basic decency to not rub your exalted positions in our faces during a worldwide health crisis. You’re lives are oh-so-fabulous and during normal times we could roll our eyes

It certainly does suck!

cuts his own hair using a Flowbee, a contraption I’m just now learning of that the manufacturer describes as a “vacuum haircut system.”

Jeezus fucking christ on a cracker. Has no one on the staff seen Wayne’s World?

I think this Will Smith was the person Hubert would’ve preferred to work with back in the day.
Not to excuse his actions, but it’s a constant reminder of how we put so much responsibility on famous young men who may not have the compassion or experience to see the bigger picture.
i.e. Young LeBron thought that a

I’m not ready to wipe the slate clean for Logan Paul (especially the bullshittery he pulled regarding Aokigahara), but this is pleasantly surprising. Like 2020 threw us a very strange bone indeed.

No people aren’t.  People are getting legitimately offended.  You can disagree that their offense is unjustified.  That’s fine!  But don’t discount it as genuine, you don’t get to dictate to people what they are actually feeling.

I think you’re an asshole then because they literally gave the character Ectrodactyly. They could have done 10,000 other things with SFX instead of giving her “freakshow" hands. When exactly do people start Shutting The Fuck Up with their inappropriate and irrelevant opinions on shit they don't deal with? Yeah, i'm

Her answer was pretty clumsy, but I essentially took it to mean that no one, even people who check the “right” boxes, is spared from deep, sometimes even crippling, anxiety about the way they look. Which is both true and perfectly relatable, but is also not the answer a lot of people want to hear when someone is

That sure would be nice!
