These are all true and fair and accurate. But if you knock the S2000, this site will hunt you down.

Absolutely!  Except maybe my neighbors.

I do likey. My wife ended up choosing an Alltrack so we kind of have the same car, or at least the same-ish raw materials, and we like the controls already. More knobs with better haptics (climate knobs feel a bit cheap/loose) would make me a happy car owner.

It gives me a little jolt like oh shit that guy left his hood popped, but other than worrying the car behind me could have his hood fly up at any moment it looks fine. There are worse things to copy than the LFA.

It looks fine. Maybe I’m just the kind of grouch who hates when anything changes, but boo to carmakers who fuck up a perfectly good-looking line to make it NEW and EXCITING. My wife and I didn’t bother testing Civics to replace our dearly departed 2014 Si (which some asshole t-boned) because Civics look like boy toy

I bought a used Volkswagen from a dealer that generally sells such things (our car was a trade-in they priced to get off the lot ASAP). Apparently hip hop artists, athletes and shadier types who want to play Tony Montana eat these things up.

The wildfire had a key thematic purpose. Jaime killed Danaerys’s father to stop him from igniting those exact same caches of wildfire. Seeing them ignite as secondary explosions, probably not even adding much to the destruction that Drogon is already causing, pointedly emphasized the tragedy of her fall.

Get the f*ck away from the dragon and the relentless murder queen with a ten thousand man army of (extraordinarily) seasoned killers.  That seems like a pretty solid plan.  If they made it across the narrow sea (in a skiff!) they could sell his hand and live for a while.  She could probably get a job with the bank.

The book series makes an ongoing theme out of how the chair intentionally has a weird edges that make it hard to get comfortable, but a few people with good ruling potential seem to have an easier time with it (metaphor!).

It’s a collector’s item. You lose that factory paint and finish pretty fast if you use it like a car. This sits in a polished, spacious garage with one or two other conversation pieces while the DD SUV / crossover is parked in the driveway so thieves have to break into it first.

Re the top promo pic, I am honestly a bit surprised no one tried to steal that clean A80 on the right while they were setting up the photo.

He wasn’t speaking just to her. He wanted the people on the walls to hear his point and think about it. Yes, he wanted to avoid bloodshed, but he knew that Ceresi would most likely do something monstrous and underline what he was saying for everyone listening.

That’s a hard nope from me. The chin of that thing looks specifically designed to catch edges and somersault.

That’s too bad.  The Sportwagen and the Alltrack were some of the last options you had to buy an AWD family car with a manual transmission.

+ Volvo wagon with nice trim, 270k is late middle age for such things

I say something close to that when I rationalize a show like Star Wars using sound in space battles. Those battles happen in 3D, without any fixed up or down. Even with a really good HUD you’re asking a pilot to keep track of too many damn things at the same time. Checking the rearview mirror could cost seconds that

God, that reminds me of ski-bumming in Aspen in the back of my friend’s 80-something 2.8 Cherokee. We had some burrito mix going on my camp stove when the cops pulled up, basically poked us with sticks, figured out what we were up to, and encouraged us to stay warm (that’s what the beer was for). Honestly they must

Dude, Ghost is a seven year old direwolf. Nymeria could have swallowed Arya’s head without chewing. That looks like a bleached Australian shepherd.

It was a great documentary...about madness. I climb rocks and I care a lot about people who climb rocks. There’s a subset who feel like they haven’t accomplished anything until they take a shot at whatever’s the most extreme thing anyone’s done until that point. Usually that that doesn’t work out, and the person has a

I have the same reaction here that I did to the Oscar-winning documentary Free Solo. No one can possibly deny the magnitude of what you did here. But spare a thought for the people who will feel challenged to live up to the example you’re setting. How do you top something like that? I can imagine Torchinsky taking
