Seems like a lot of the same things I do every time I get a new Windows box at work: Instead of carpet bombing it with the same set of tools I had before I install as I need them and look for alternatives along the way. The difference with Chrome OS you're forced into that behavior.

Andy Pilgrim Vs. The World

Is Pratt & Miller sticking this slick caddy in SCCA because they don't want to step on the C6R success? Or is this simply a stepping stone to LeMans/ALMS?

As long as you guys are still reporting on the cult of cars (and not actually starting a cult) then I'm good.

Jeff Foxworthy once said "The problem with the South is that we can't keep the stupidest amongst us off the television."

@Tiberiuswise: I didn't even think of it yesterday... but this morning it's the first thing that came to mind before I clicked the link.

Where's the Pinto from Top Secret? Everything in that movie was intentionally cheesy... yet their car explosion couldn't even make the same list as Driven.

@MkVGLI: Eeeew. I trust you had the good sense to wash it off though.

@GTRider60: In outdoor media circles (billboards and bus ads to you and me) they use perforated vinyl to cover the windows. They can still apply the graphics as seen from the exterior but preserve a degree of visibility when viewed from the interior. Generally not implemented on the front windshield for safety

The opposite of said app is putting "Beep Beep" by The Playmates in your play list. Drive faster and faster as the tempo creeps up to reenact the classic tune.

Speed Buggy has a sad.

@nolabar10der: I'm with you, I love my MX 1100. But if my employer hadn't shelled out for it I'd be digging into my ol' VCR about now.

@pauljones: You are correct about Daphne, that's one of the great things about cartoons... However, that's not Daphne in the picture (nor Shaggy or Fred). Hanna-Barbara was riding the coattails of Scooby-Doo success so Tinker, Mark and Debbie bare a striking resemblance.

Speed Buggy!

@ECfromMI: I get where you're coming from. But, as historically correct as it would be to haul an ol' Lincoln out of the scrap yard and slap a turret on top I still respect these recreations as an idealistic view of what it might have looked like on eve of it's first keg run.

Twelve hours and nobody has posted the Deathmobile?!?!?

@Arthur.Name: I'm pretty sure they still have European Delivery. That's a big part of my retirement plan actually; to pick up my M5 in Munich, take the BMW driving school, terrorize the Autobahn for a few days and put a couple laps on the 'ring before I have it shipped stateside.
