Well every new 2D Mario between New Supes 1 and Wonder was... a New Supes sequel (and two Mario Maker games which are fundamentally different). How many New Supes games were there? 10?

They’re officially not called waivers. SAG-AFTRA is consistent in calling them Interim Agreement and clarifying they’re not waivers.

I personally think laws mandating same party to be unconstitutional. My reading of the 17th is only that the legislature can constrain appointments to be temporary rather than serving out the rest of the term.

They’re not waivers. They’re agreements signed with the union in question. It is literally not scabbing.

The terms of the Interim Agreement are essentially that the producer agrees to SAG-AFTRA’s current demands.

It would be up for the union to file a ULP with the NLRB (and the NLRB to issue a complaint), not for the city to decide whether it’s a labor violation or not.

Read the first sentence of the linked Hollywood Reporter article.

I’m not sure if using MK8's Custom Items setting should be called a “rigged race.”

Sean Astin is between David Jolliffe and Ben Whitehair on the left side of the picture.

Collector’s item? Article makes it sound like it’s electronic only. Is McD’s releasing it on GB cartridges?

I appreciate this troll comment. A+ joke.

Romita Jr.’s art is just so bad.

It depends what one means by video game movie - whether adaptation or drawing on all of the concepts. TRON was a video game movie. The Last Starfighter was a video game movie. The Wizard was an extended commercial for Super Mario Bros. 3.

That’s not what TAS means. At all.

Praising 2 over 1 is a bit weird too. 2's not bad, but pretty much every review or opinion I’ve heard of it has been “well, it wasn’t as good as 1 or the surprisingly good Before the Storm. But it’s okay.”

Correction. Since this is about criminal charges which were dropped, don’t refer to any of the legal case as a “lawsuit” in the first or second paragraphs. Say criminal charges or criminal case or something like that. Lawsuit refers to one party suing the other in a non-criminal capacity.

...he signed it on 1/5/23? But it was passed under the 117th Congress, and the 118th Congress started at noon 1/2/23. Does the change from one Congress to another not count as an adjournment for purpose of a pocket veto?

*will sear-in on rare Superman comic. None of them are sworn in until after the Speaker is elected, whenever that might be.

There’s an option to enter without a purchase via mail as well. Sweepstakes in the US have to have that option. If you really want to enter, you can try that method.
