Simple, inexpensive, and as functional as any spatula can get, I prefer the red Betty Crocker silicone spatula. Which rather suggests that, instead of cancelling the show, they should really, really reconsider their business model. Because if something as good as the expanse fails in this environment, so would anything else. Which means they’re fundamentally, as a company, headed for trouble.
