I can’t agree with this more.

I would greatly disagree that the Titanfall 2 we played over the weekend is better than the first.
Procedurally generated worlds where you see alien species, and explore the universe with your own space ship.
Agreed. The lack on communication is terrible. It reminds me of early Bungie being silent about Destiny until shit hits the fans and they are forced to respond.
I purposely didn’t listen to word they said, I was sold on the initial trailer and avoided all subsequent trailers and interview till the game released. Like TenorSounds said above, it meets all of my expectations - a game I come home, crack a beer open and enjoy while relaxing while my girlfriend watches.
There are plenty of connections with each expansion building on the last along with characters remembering what happened. It’s just not overtly explained to the player unless they look for it, ie. The Grimoire.
Folders was the last thing I wanted when it came to features that I’d actually use. From here on out, any additional features will just be icing on the cake.
Damn. I was hoping to see a surfing Pikachu in this game. That’s a massive oversight for an area inspired by Hawaii. An NPC might be the next best thing.
I know exactly what you mean. I will play the shit out of this game, but even I can see the the ratio of animal like Pokemon to human caricatures skewed towards the later as newer generations have released.
What interesting about your play-through and mine is that I spent the majority of my 3-4 hours in one galaxy finding a TON of upgrades to my exosuit and ship. I’m a natural hoarder in games and was very pleased to have extra space.
Haha rural players are going to be so fucked. They already have no Pokestops.
Yea, I could see the average consumer associating the PSVR only working with the new PS4 and not the old one. Thus turning some people away from it.
As always when the media covers something, a C&D letter is sent.
I’m torn - I like the concept but because its called Prey I can’t take this version seriously. It looks so generic for a game called Prey, but pretty interesting if it were a new horror IP.
While true, I do wonder if it would have sold better had these updates not tanked the perception of the game in hardcore fans’ eyes.
I wonder Nintendo thinks since they delayed their peripheral when the hype was at an all time high. Now that the hype is at its lowest (amongst the hardcore), I wonder if it was worth delaying at all.
Looks like hatching eggs has and always will be the new meta. Pokevision is close second but not always reliable with how often it has to go down.
It only will only work in Moscow.
I have concluded (anecdotal, I know) that when the app pings the servers (every few minutes) and your avatar has moved more than are 500m, or .5km, the app figures you are driving or moving too fast, and no longer counts that distance as acceptable.
Since when does art and music no longer count towards development? They still play a part in making the game. Unless you don’t like hearing music or seeing ...you know....art.
