Yea, that lack of excitement is how I felt about the entire EA press conference. A lack of anything to show or tell except for two shooters and sports - for an hour. Granted, I’m excited for Titanfall 2, but EA is sending that game to die a week after Battlefield 1.

Yea, as soon as I saw behind the scenes, I just sighed to myself. I’m hoping they are showing the proper story trailer at Microsoft or Playstation conference.

If I recall correctly, The Last of Us gave us a backpack which we took out whenever we crafted something. Along with showing weapons we held on us.

I 100% agree that the reason players are upset is the lack of communication from Bungie. As you said, the average customer only has their word to go off of. If they make a promise and break it, it feels shitty. I get that, I truly do. It’s one area I think (crosses fingers) that Bungie understands now and is actively

Game development is never static. Things are changing every hour and everyday. Once day a mechanic may exist and the next week it will not.

I’m excited for a new Raid and some new lore on the forgotten ‘House of Iron’ among the Fallen. But I should probably temper my excitement since Destiny articles on Kotaku never have a positive vibe in the comments...

Last year’s Bethesda showcase was pretty impressive, so look for them to aim high again in 2016. ... a Skyrim remaster with console mod support...

Great article, Evan.

Yea, I totally understand and that makes sense. But I just wish they knew that Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z were at it’s best when drawn in a simpler fashion. At least for me I feel that way.

I’ll have to disagree. The bolder lines, less detail, and cruder drawing style gave the older show a more “gritty” feel that I personally loved. Super just feels too clean and crisp for me to enjoy.

Huh, interesting. I suppose I put so much stock into the raid giving me the replayability I need, I forget that it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. My apologies if I sounded snarky.

You burned through Taken King in a week? Did you just finish the raid once and quit? I’m genuinely curious as I see comments like this often where I can’t grasp how someone can play something in a week and expect to see everything.

Very interesting. According to the lore, the Iron Lords all fell due to them fighting each other ( or so it seems from their weapon descriptions). The new Iron Wolves we see from Year 2 Iron Banner weapons may be still alive, so perhaps, this new expansion will involve them.

Looks like the Ekans was taken down :(

This is fantastic.

Had a feeling this would be the case for the PC version. I debated really hard for the PC version or the PS4 version. The 60FPS enticed me, but knowing FromSoftware, they were going to either be very slow in patching the game or give no fucks about the PC community.

HA! This happens to me a bunch when I play co-op games with friends and go back to playing a single player game by myself. With two completely different control schemes, I always do one action that doesn’t work on one game but works on the other.

Are you saying that doing a side mission that specifically awards skill points, does not award you anything? If so, then yes, that’s a serious bug.

I was wondering when Kirk was going to talk about the salt that is accumulating in the forums.

I was not a fan of free to play titles. It just wasn’t my thing. A few days ago I had yet to be introduced to one I could play for more than 5min before becoming bored - but hot damn does this game have me hooked. I’m logging in for my dailies, collecting as many medals as I can (4-5 stars) and loving the casual,
