In the video - Lots of cool hi-res still shots of the Soyuz capsule. With a hurricane as a backdrop. How do I make this happen?

It doesn't make any sense at all. I bet on Nexus 10 launch day there will be AOSP builds of 4.2 for all the recent Nexus devices.

Yeah if this is real, it's currently running the phablet UI that is used on the Nexus 7. Which I've used and is kinda nice on the 7 in portrait orientation, but I went back to the tried and true tablet UI

Maybe this time they'll actually get the gamepad implementation right on my Xperia Play. Still to this day don't understand how they couldn't get the controls mapped up like they were on PS2, when all it's missing are some shoulder buttons.

I wasn't there, but I just saw the exhibit in person last week in DC. Even if overblown, Kennedy was definitely talking srs bsns. It wasn't sunshine and rainbows in the cabinet room.

Sigh...While yes, during development of Android version next the source code is "closed" and only available to Google and it's Open Handset Alliance partners, after a version goes gold, it ends up on the AOSP, and you can grab the source from there and submit patches to Google all you want.

So, no better really than my ancient A-Frames?

Especially since Microsoft would likely be taking 30% of the 30% that Apple is taking everytime something's sold through iTunes. That's gotta sting to Apple.

Yes. Run x86 code (legacy Windows API code), which is unmanaged. RT can only run code using the new Metro/Modern UI, which runs on top of .NET (4.5 I believe). This code is managed, and uses an entirely new permissions based security model.

My 2011 Xperia Play uses an SD Card.

So, they're building 21st century versions of the V-1 Buzz Bomb?

Oh, I know, I agree Russia can't hold all the eggs. Just wondering though. I know Russia jacked the rates once the shuttle got retired.

Ok, cool. so it's 133M / flight of the Dragon resupply? How much is it to send up a Progress?

Well, unfortunately there's no other devices out there w/ touchpads. So developers have to put in the work for supporting just us.

Anything with psuedoephedrine. That's why it's all behind the counter now. Because methheads have nothing better to do than pop pills out of blisterpacks all day.

Don't blame google. Blame the lazy developers. There's plenty of support to make layouts for different screen sizes/pixel densities. And they publish all this information for free - http://developer.android.com/guide/practices/screens_support.html

+1 OMG I would throw my money at them to get a Silvia.

I use Chrome in my personal life, but I have also yet to give up FF on my work PC. I still prefer Firebug to Chrome Dev Tools, And I don't want to have to merge my work bookmarks into my personal bookmarks in Chrome. Lazy, yes, but effective.

ENIAC 2012 == Cloud Computing. Only difference is instead of waiting for timeslots, you pay more to get more of the resources of the overall cloud.

Ohio is a shithole. Been here since birth, can't wait to GTFO this coming spring. Too many bible thumping cons for my taste.
