The violence in this game is SO over the top, that it's nowhere near realistic, and I'm actually OK with that. I liked the fact that one minute I was trouncing around in what felt like a Disney theme park, and the next I was twisting people's heads off with my crazy magnetic spinner arm thingy. Maybe I just have a

Possess the strongest foe, chain crow everyone to death. Rinse, repeat. Yawn.

Blow summed it up nicely, but his words are aimed obviously towards nearly every shooter, not just Bioshock.

The problem I had with the way Irrational decided to wrap things up, is that (as Person said in the video) there were no rules set in place for time travel/dimensional tears in the world they've created. Maybe the convoluted ending was an actual narrative decision in order to keep people talking about the

The music is amazing. It reminds me of the stuff from "Deadwood". I really hope that Hank tune from the earlier trailer makes it into the game somehow too. I'm really excited for this one.

The only real issue I have with the current Xbox controller is the D-pad. If they kept the same design overall, I'd be a pretty happy camper.

Some of these Snacktaku posts literally make me want to puke. I hope the Gawker health insurance policy is extensive, Fahey.

Yeah...I can't possibly think that I'll be any more thorough in future playthroughs than I was this time. Those 8 voxophones will elude me until I read up on where the hell they're hidden.

I ended up finishing with 72/80, and missing about 5 of the sightseers. Super annoying.

This seems like a HUGE blow to Nintendo. Developers who use Unreal, and want to develop for WiiU, will have to develop exclusively for WiiU...right? Are there any developers that could shed light on exactly what the development costs of using 2 different versions of Unreal for the same game? Is it as silly and cost

I'll let you know what my final tally is, but I think I'm at 56/80 and extremely close to the end of the game. I'm definitely missing some of the viewfinders and infusion things too. It's funny, because I thought I was being SUPER OCD about searching every nook and cranny.

I'm not quite finished with the game yet, although I know the end is near. I know I'm going to fall short on voxophones. I'm only at around 55/80. I feel like I've been super careful about looking in every book and cranny, I guess they're incredibly well hidden though.

You're actually kind of right...there was only one section very early on Where I was short on lock picks. If you're diligent about searching, you'll be fine. I'd amend this tip to say never let yourself go under 5 lock picks.

Very few? There are others?? :)

You know what's crazy about Vanillaware games? Even if they don't always have the BEST gameplay mechanics, I will continue playing the crap out of them just to see more of the beautiful art that these guys are famous for. Maybe I'm just a sucker for aesthetics but I play their games just to "unlock more art".

A great tip that I've read, and has helped a LOT, is to save those lockpicks! Don't unlock every safe you see. They're just full of money (which is plentiful in Columbia) and you'll soon come across doors that require more than one lockpick to open. If you're incredibly astute about searching you're still bound to

I don't have a WiiU yet, but that seems like an incredibly long wait. Improving console performance over time is always a good thing, but why is it that sluggish to begin with? I don't recall performing basic system functions like exiting a game being that slow on a 360 or PS3...and those are 7 year old pieces of

I don't think there's a gold auction house either, actually. How can they monitor dupes if the game's offline?

Part of the thrill of playing D3, is knowing that your items exist within the battle.net ecosystem. Getting an amazing drop that you can sell on the AH for something you can actually use is a pretty huge deal. The grind will be 20 times as long on PS3, and you'll be left with a TON of useless shit that you can only

To anyone thinking Blizzard was going to unveil some AAA new MMO at a Penny Arcade event and not their own...LOL
