It probably would have sold a hell of a lot better if their flagship launch title wasn't a proverbial sequel to a DS game. I suspect the console will do a lot better when there's some meaty games behind it.

Well, that one comment alone is enough to keep me far, far away from Far Cry 3. Music is so incredibly important to the games I love. I don't want to hear what is essentially the AOL dial up sound, or kitchen appliances fighting while I'm cruising through an open world game for hours on end.

How did I have no idea that this existed? I need to play this immediately. Also, as an aside, this is probably one of the coolest features I have ever seen/read on Kotaku. Kudos to Chris for sharing this with us all.

While I admire Blizzard's stance on quality, and that they have the sheer balls to axe the one piece of content players have been drooling over...I can't help but think the entire development team is completely confused on what this game is/wants to be. PvP team deathmatch not only has to be a complete NIGHTMARE to

I feel like this ideology lends itself well to certain games, or genres, while not so much for others. There are a TON of games where, sure, playing on easy will get you through a 10-12 hour storyline that you want to breeze through. However, there are also a ton of games where playing on easy will only let you barely

I've always hated GTA's jack-of-all-trades approach to gaming. It wants to be a driver, a shooter, an action game, etc. The mechanics have always seemed half assed, and people just like it because you can be an asshole in game, which isn't really that impressive to me. Sure the sheer scope and tech behind the cities

I SWORE this would be a Fahey article. Color me impressed, Mr. Plunkett.

I wonder if you break these open if they're filled with useless junk you can't use?

For twenty years that thing better have at least 6% crit and a socket.

I can't wait to read more about reviews of reviews. How will we know what games to buy if we really don't dig in and review the reviews? Hell, I encourage reviewing the reviews of the reviews. Now we're really cookin' with gas...

I think you ALL know how I feel about this...

Leave it to the internet to blow everything way out of proportion. Levine even said they're going to have different covers for fans who simply can't bear to look at the box of a video game. The outcry here is really amazing.

Welcome to Kotaku.

Hard. Liquor. No refrigeration required, and I guarantee you'll sleep through most of the power outages. You also won't be able to drunk-text that girl you met and never called because your phone's dead.

How is this greedy? Making players feel like they're working towards something can't really be monetized or considered evil. If it's not for you, then fine, but there's nothing to hate here.

I'm not a Halo fan, but that blue light is so much nicer than the gaudy, obnoxious, neon green.

Is it intentional for every Snacktaku to make me want to vomit?

Oh I changed all my info that day, for sure! It has never locked down on me before, and I was sure it was the hackers trying to crack my password or brute force their way in. Still not sure!

It worked fine for me, but you're right...the questions seemed like they were coming from a 10 year old.

I'm not sure...all I know is that it was locked twice because of multiple login attempts. How could you tell who it was?
