There is absolutely no evidence to support that argument. We're lucky if we get two Zelda's in one consoles lifetime.

It's cleanliness is a double edged sword though. The generally flat, simple, and colorful textures don't always work out in certain environments. There are lots of ugly moments in the game, too. Specifically in indoor caverns, and some spots in the volcano region. I'm sure it has more to do with hardware limitations…
Bastion is certainly right up my alley as far as the actual music. However, as far as sound design goes, I've got to give it to Zelda.
I'm with Ashcraft on this one. Good games are good games. Can't people live without some archaic end-of-year, best-of list? Can't there just be good games?
How is it possible that his "apology" makes him sound like an even bigger douche? I don't see any apology in there at all, actually. "Yeah, well the lesson I learned is that I should stay away from emailing people back, because I can't stop myself from being a complete and total asshole." The whole 'bad day' thing is…
You know where he lives now, kill him, take his face and you can wear it too!
An article titled "World Masturbation Champion..." do I even have to READ who the author is? Ashcraft continues to bring weird stories to the table that I can't help but read. Damn you.
Krosis...I only know because I've been wearing his face :)
This is like all those silly top 10 album of the year lists. Let's trivialize and numerically judge every piece of art we enjoyed this year. I feel like discussions like this are enough. Does there have to be a winner? Can't there just be great games?
You need to watch "Chewed Up" first. You'll absolutely love it.
I was thinking of this guy
"Dragons so hot right now, Dragons" I keep picturing Mugatu saying that first line of this piece. It's fitting :)
Faster, sure. However, Wind Waker at least had a sense of wonder to exploring the sea. Those islands had secrets to find, treasures, fairy goddesses, giant octopuses, etc. The sky is so...empty. It really seems lifeless and uninspired. Quick as it may be, it has detracted from my experience :-/
I usually don't like encouraging Tim Rogers...but you could have written 10,000 words on how god damn stupid flying/the sky is, in this game. It is abysmal, and boring. There is really hardly any reason to explore it except when the map tells you there's one of those goddess chests on some tiny little piece of land…
Wasn't there a giant almost-confirmed rumor that Nintendo had at least given Retro the Zelda franchise for a short time, or had asked them to work on it for a little bit before yanking it right back?
All your games suck, but ours...ours is going to be SO rad!
Blizzard's cinematics team...gosh. So good. I hope I see the day where video games look as good as that, in-game.
That band is too good. Scary.
Not a fan of the performance.
Have fun trying to do anything else though... -_-
