Inevitable balance patch FOR SURE. That replicant is going to be a complete bitch to balance. Of course this is all wild speculation and a bit of assuming, but you're right about a Tempest ball being tough to deal with. All that splash sure could add up quickly. However, I'm assuming it's ground attack is going to be

The corruptor is designed to counter the Tempest...as is the Viking. Bonus to capital ship, and armored.

Corruptors do bonus damage to capital ships though, don't forget. Even in a late game scenerio, as part of the death ball, with support, it doesn't seem worth the investment, like the carrier. I just feel like Protoss air is a goddamned mess right now. If the Tempest is meant to deal with Mutas well, where do Phoenix

If you've got a clump of mutas, the tech is in place to pump out a handful of corruptors to deal with them. Stalkers, psi storm, and archons are always a better choice than stargate tech.

You obviously have no idea what you're talking about.

That hellion transformation was a direct reaction to late-game zealot/templar/colossus/stalker balls. I don't think they realize how god damn strong it will be for mid-late game harass on mineral lines though. These new units sound like a mess.

These Protoss changes seem pretty awful. The units reek of lazy design, both aesthetically and functionally. Protoss capital ships never seem to work out well because of how easy it is to double train Vikings, or pump out a batch of Corruptors. Those new stargate units are going to be just about as useful as Carriers

Hmm...and all I ever asked for were socks, batteries, a case of cheap beer, a bottle of cheap whiskey, chips and salsa. I hardly ever got all of them.

Sucks to have an editor you identify with leave the team! I generally shared your opinions and always enjoyed your insight. Good luck out there, buddy.

Good thing I bought the Incomplete Edition on launch day. Awesome.

I feel like the online components will be severely gimped, and not cross compatible with PC users, if this console port happens.

I know I shouldn't ponder Battlefield's complexities when the leather runs smooth on the passenger seat...but I can't help myself.

I was just curious about the specifics. That lighting is fucking amazing.

I wonder how good it'll look on consoles? I'm fairly sure all the insanely beautiful trailer footage has to be running on a high end PC.

I got about half way through, and started getting a really gross feeling. So I stopped listening.

How does the plumbing actually work?

I'm glad you think my posts are childish. I'm sure you read the other 17 rebuttals above mine, and deemed them perfectly civil. I don't like using a Windows OS. Users should never have to deal with defragmenting disks, the insane amount of antivirus required to keep their machine from being anything other than a

Oh I'm sure you're intimately aware of the cost for porting games to OSX. You're an internet retard with a chip on your shoulder regarding Mac users? Have fun being a virgin for life.

105? That sounds incredibly overwhelming, and insanely hard to balance.

Oh I get it...you're trying to be a giant asshole by pointing out technicalities. Of course it's a fucking PC...that runs OSX. Crawl back into your cave now.
