@selderane: Jesus dude, I didn't offend your beloved series by saying it was nonsensical to go back and play the first few games. There are plenty of long running franchises that still cater to people that haven't played every game in the series. Given your knee jerk reaction to a mere observation I had about a

@ludwigk: Uh, EXACTLY. If you can use a real guitar, why don't you use a REAL GUITAR? What is the point of a 102 button peripheral?

I dont understand. If you're even MILDLY interested in buying one of those insane replica peripherals why don't you invest in a real fucking guitar?

@KryptonZero: The beta won't be back online until the end of the month, I believe. You really should jump in though, I've been having a fantastic time with it.

@themexicangamer: There is enough information on the internet, outlining the complications and nuances of the MGS storyline. It's not as if I can simply pop in MGS4 and know what the fucks going on.

I wish the Metal Gear Solid universe wasn't such a convoluted mess. I've never played a MGS game, and would love to jump in at some point if I knew I wouldn't be completely and utterly confused.

@Orionsaint: I'll happily hold that Wii remote way up over my head to charge my virtual sword up...and I don't care who fucking sees me either.

The only thing I seem to be missing from Zelda these days, that I used to get a TON of back in the NES, and SNES days...is the sheer mystery of the landscape. Everything nowadays is so brightly colored and explained, what ever happened to shit just BEING there?

@mangs: I know...but I feel like I want to experience it just as the developer intended. Which, is apparently with Move or Kinect. We shall see though...

@Sigismond0: I dont know...I hope you're right. That HUD takes up a lot of screen real estate.

@M0stlyHarmless: Yeah, besides that pink outline, he doesn't really have much of an identity in this game, does he?

My exact thought, was that this game was meant to capitalize on mere nostalgia. The fact that Goldeneye was so beloved was because Rare, at that time, had a team capable of creating a great shooter for its time. The license itself really isn't the draw here. Like Stephen has said, this isn't the team that made the

They showed Kirby doing everything except sucking up enemies...hmm...

I don't know how I feel about the HUD...it seems a little intrusive. Other than that, I think the art is amaaazing.

@TylDurden: Yeah I saw the presser. You're going to write the game off because the lights from the stage were interfering with the sensor bar? Totilo played it right in front of our eyes and it worked fine.

I'm really interested to see how the media will handle...well, MEDIA, when it comes to the 3DS. Since it doesn't seem like it's possible to convey the actual 3D effect without actually being there.

@Jouen: You're NOT excited for Skyward Sword?

@Damien Lavizzo: You're on Gizmodo.com. Keep that in mind when you start questioning people's sanity on a website dedicated to gadget news.

After trying about 50 times, I got all the way to the end. All I did was click the button for 'Send it to my god damned house' and it crashed. Again. Ughhh.
