@Cooking Utensil: You can do it online..I'm not sure how many codes are left (if any) though.

@Wolfgang Wozniak: You know you could have just pre ordered the game and gotten a code, right? I've gotten three beta codes thus far that I have given to friends.

I'm nervous for the future of this franchise after the Game Informer piece I read. I just want to feel completely alienated and terrified, alone in a silent space ship. The devs made it sound like it was getting the action-game treatment a la Resident Evil 5. I hope that's not the case.

@p|-|15|-|: And how exactly are you getting these rad viral things in the mail?

@laser beams: His helmet is open...you can see the smoke emitting clearly on the outside of the helm.

FINALLY. I hate bootcamp.

Well, it looks damn pretty, that's for sure. This team hasn't let me down yet, so I'll definitely be picking this up.

@Evdor: See, that's exactly what I'm afraid of. The context of the medium will not be nearly as accessible to these court justices as say, simply watching a film, or listening to a record. Without that first hand experience, and with the media constantly attacking our beloved medium, their ruling could very well hurt

I will never need to buy another game again when I get my hands on this gem.

Another one to add to the list of games that I'll buy and never get around to actually play. Damn you Starcraft 2.

@netMASA: That was totally my favorite one...besides: "Oh I like girls, but today it's about JUSTICE"

Thank GOD. No more sharing beta accounts through bootcamped iMacs.

Activision reminds me of a certain very large independent record label that signs talent, and as soon as they see a large return on those records, decides to skip out on royalty checks, and the issue (in some cases) of gold records. Sure, middle of the road developers will be better off with Activision than without,

@THEMISSING: I dug Too Human too. The stigma around this game and Dyack in general was so bad that it really hurt a very decent product. I actually liked the game and would be totally cool with a sequel.

@GIGAR: I agree. Considering I ended up having to spend about $110 just to play the beta, and flew across the country to play it at Blizzcon, this seems like a no-brainer.

@VincentGrey: Not bad at all, bud. I do think Temezcal is the best tune on that Monsters of Folk record though. Great Cohen tracks as well.

Well, that was the easiest decision I have ever made. Bank account: -$100.

@Klausaidon: He's a totally sweet dude. Easy to talk to, and has a super friendly demeanor. It was at some snooty VIP thing that I wormed my way into, and we cracked a couple of jokes for about 30 seconds and I left him alone with his publicist to eat something before he had to run. It was a good night!

@DoctorWhorrible: I agree. He's just trying to preserve his image by hating on anything new and digital. Never understood why everyone thinks this clown is such an important musical "pioneer." He just makes sloppy records with vintage gear.

I love the little bit of (in)sanity Colbert brings to news. I had the chance to meet him in Red Bank, New Jersey a few months back. Surprisingly, he was not in character at all.
