I think Sanders’ true-believer zeal is actually a good matchup against Trump’s authenticity, as he can compete on the battlefield of convincing voters that he cares about what he claims to (something Clinton had trouble with because she was very transparent in just telling audiences what she thought she wanted to

Forget the Bolt, get the Volt. 50 miles of pure electric range before the gas engine kicks on. Freaking love mine.

Well, alot of room in that industry for people with very little education...

It’s one of the reasons they’re fighting so hard for the oil sands. It’s pretty much the only place you can leave High School at 17 or 18 with your High School certificate and make $100k right out of the gate. That’s their definition of “good,

IP lawyer here. Let me explain what’s actually going on.

You kind of have to take Harry-Meghan news with a grain of salt, but also sorry-not-sorry, you don’t get to renounce your titles and still benefit from it tacitly.

It’s amazing how the Republicans have so fully infiltrated the Democratic party that in 2020 almost the entire field is a Republican and the one dude who wants to roll back the party platform to where it was in 1980 is called a “socialist.” We got:

The final level of that is that by the time the player has no choice but to fix the problem, the problem can no longer be fixed.

The DLC “Centrist Simulator” comes out later where the mechanics are to *say* you want the end-goals of Democratic Socialism, but every time it’s offered to you or a party member brings it up, you have to stomp it out as viciously as possible on your own or siding with your opposition party.

Also, it is being renamed The Mandalourian in the UK market.

Worse, the thing is, that’s actually a structural argument in favor of Sanders, not against. Literally, the argument why we, progressives and liberals in the party, must compromise and vote for the mealy-mouthed moderate, is because that is necessary to get the votes of people who won’t vote for everything we want.

Wes Anderson backlash is so strange to me. The guy has generated little-to-no controversy in 25+ years of making major movies and he puts out a reliably solid (and lucrative) product.

I know there are people who get tired of Wes Anderson because he only does The One Thing, but I still get excited over every new movie of his. I mean, yeah, he only does The One Thing, but he does it so well.

As a gay, white man when I got to 7 I went, “Got it. Done”.

Sometimes you just want to be surrounded by your folk.

Well said point. Warren and Bernie both have progressive plans that will benefit all Americans. The idea that they are not electable is more spin. I want to see a more diverse field in the future but for now I just want to see one of them in the white house.

It’s still missing something. Given any pair of stars, it’s inconsistent for the more massive to become a white dwarf and the less massive to become a neutron star. That would require some sort of mass loss by the heavier, gain by the lighter, and/or transfer between the two to achieve what the article describes.

I don’t see it that way. Yeah, in the show it’s Heaven/The Good Place, but I never thought this show was really about what Heaven actually is. It’s about life. And these guys had just about the best life possible, by the end — they healed, they became better people, they helped others, they experienced true love and

Nothing depressing about it. Emotional, yes, but not depressing*. All the characters have been dead since before the series actually starts after all. This wasn’t suicide it was moving on from known existence when true happiness and contentment was realized.
