The combat, while turn based, seems to take a few notes from the Mario RPG games where you can press a button to power up your attack and the ability to block.

So at least when its not your turn, you still have stuff to do.

Lol I hear you. I'm all for creating tension by restricting the player but I also want them to evolve it. If you take away my weapons give me the power to outsmart the enemy by using the environment. See, I've always been the other way around. I tend to anyways go evil. Dunno why.

Yeah, I want to play an evil character in Fallout, not sure I can get myself to do it. I almost invariably always want to be the good guy if you give me a choice.

Aha. I've found it's actually a pretty good alone time activity with a significant other or someone that you're interested in. Provided the game is interesting to watch and mildly stimulating.
