Good video, and then they linked an even better one at the end.

I love this stuff...

High five for Brandon Sanderson and D&D though.

My wife is the one that got me in to pokemon, and Brandon Sanderson (via Wheel of Time and Mistborn). So there's hope yet.

I went with the jaw, so Tyrunt.

My wife went with the sail (?)

I want with the jaw, so Tyrunt.

Yeah, we do...but she gets annoyed when I stop playing before she does. She likes to fall asleep to the music and the sounds of battle.

I went with Y, Chespin, and Squirtle.

My wife went with X, Froakie, and Bulbasaur.

I haven't watched any of the videos, but I read through the main kickstarter info and they only say it the once, and that's mostly in passing. Other than that, they refer to you as a bystander:

"Instead of playing a traditional hero that saves the world, you're instead playing a bystander swept into the affairs of the

It's better than calling the game "random citizen" or "average joe" and it gets the meaning across quite well.

The character isn't the "fabled hero" they aren't the person that saves the world or the chosen one, they're a random person (like an NPC) that has to deal with all the shit that the fabled hero brings to

What I'd like (and please rec me games if there are any like this), is an RPG style game (in the same vein as TES or Fable or Zelda) where you play as an historian or archaeologist trying to preserve the history of the land/s that are being explored.

So many games (Tomb Raider and Uncharted come to mind) show the

Fair enough.

As I say, I happened to love WW. The art style, to me, made the darker notes even more noticeable.

I mean, it starts off filled with childish innocence, with even the big bird looking pretty beautiful at first...but then, as you progress, it revealed more of the world and how the darker side of it would

Infact...I'm Thezombiemessia on everything...

Purely because of the art style?

Your opinion is yours, for sure, and aesthetics can be quite a deal breaker for some (nobody wants to spend countless hours looking at something they think looks like ass), but would it really completely destroy your interest in the series if it were a cel shaded game?

I happened to love

Hyrule - Zelda & Link

Lorule - Hilda & Hunk:

I was thinking something along those lines.

The possibility of Termina and Lorule being the same place, just at different times.

However, I'd think it'd be one where the moon didn't crash into the world, just came ever so close and warped things a little...perhaps? Though this is unlikely really.

So...how many parallel worlds are we at now? Not complaining, just wondering where we're at with this stuff, and which ones are considered different worlds...

Rank 10 so far, after only 2 sessions.

Only killed 2 people, and those were out of revenge. It was also fun...but mostly revenge.

Robbed all 20 stores, and bought my first garage.

This is also a similar story to all the voice talent behind Vice City from from what I remember. A lot of them did it without really knowing much about the series, or the popularity, and felt shafted...

I love both this film and the soundtrack.

I get sorely disappointed whenever I mention it and nobody ever knows what I'm talking about...

Feel free :p wouldn't mind a mention if you do anything with it though ;)

Can you imagine being the one that turned up late to work that day?

Park up in the car park, walk up the offices, can't open the doors for all of the bodies collapsed in front of it...quietly leave the area...

Although I have always wondered...what happened to all the bodies? I assume robots disposed of them, but
