I've gotten right near the end and moved on, but I need to get back and finish the game sometime soon.

Yeah, that's the hard part. Especially because it involves a fair bit of digging in the desert to get all the Al Bhed Primers, but too much digging makes the extra boss way too difficult.

Yep. I loved 13 too, but that's a rather uncommon opinion on Kotaku, despite pretty much every friend I have that's played it has enjoyed it. Some more than others, but all have enjoyed it on some level.

A lot of people probably did. I've never been much of a pop music person, but I always found the music and style of this game to be the exception for me.

And now I really want to go back and play FFX-2 again. I did enjoy that game, despite its flaws. I did enjoy the music quite a bit in it.

Yes. Just . . . yes.

No. I purposefully avoided the demo so my first experience could be with the game itself. Playing the demo now would just make me more anxious over not being able to play it, and I'm getting enough of that from web comics that are now starting to do Ni No Kuni related strips.

You get to find out next week. I get to find out in like 3 weeks due to bad timing in family visits and the fact that I am NOT going to get my family to mail my game to my school, because I fear the costs of sending it up here from home.

Honestly, I truly don't know. Maybe shipping to Canada had to be boxed differently, and maybe that caused the extra weight?

It's possible. Any game I've got recently usually just has that as the back half of the manual itself rather than a separate second one as used to be standard, but who knows. Could be the cause anyways.

3.10 here. Shipped to Canada. Maybe that makes a difference.

Well, thanks. I got my email, but no tracking number. Did it this way, and it worked. Mine will arrive by Monday at the end of the day. This sucks. Why? I don't live at home, and while I have family coming to visit me this weekend (if it had arrived on Friday like many people I would be fine, but, you know, Monday),

Mine was prordered in August as well (I HAD preordered in July and shipped to a friend in the US, but then they opened up Canadian orders so I cancelled and re-ordered.

You and me both. I had the collection for the gamecube (I think) that had MM 1-10, and I sucked at it. I used to rock Mega Man as a kid (same with Donkey Kong Country, a game I could beat as a kid in one sitting), but now I'm so bad at them it hurts. I have to practice and try to get my old skill back.

Hmm, thanks for that info. Didn't notice that got added. Time to go grab MM 9 and 10.

Well, looks like I found something to keep my eye on.

Nope. I'm sure I'll have this pre-ordered just as soon as I am able. Now to get back to maing sure I have everything complete in XIII-2, then onto the DLC, then I'll be ready for Lightning Returns.

Hmm, that I can understand. I've done similar things, but only when I didn't have enough time to read the book first. Sometimes it even makes me dislike the film, because I start seeing all the flaws, but I'd rather like a book than a film. Other times I like both on their own merits. Liking both on their own merits

Have you, um, read the books it's based on? I mean no offense by it, I've read the books and seen the film and while semi-beautifully animated (not, in my opinion, near the level of other films like Grave of the Fireflies or Spirited Away, etc) I just couldn't get over the changes. As Ursula K. Le Guin said right

GAH! I want to get this, but it requires a credit card (rather than paypal). I could just do the "pay nothing" option, but I can't bring myself to do it, as I'd feel far too guilty.
