This is the only response needed:

My money is on these two:

For an appreciative civilian all I desire is for you guys and girls to have great aftercare for any mental trauma you undergo for doing your job.  Thanks for your time, service, and sacrifice.

Bingo.  But our government sure loves boondoggles we couldn’t cheat them out of that opportunity for what national defence?

Even harder to be a Canadian fighter pilot with our limited spending and few jets.

Something about the crippling existential angst of getting up in the morning to realise we are doomed to eternally push a boulder up the hill only to have it fall down when we reach the summit... i dunno, drinking?

What about that big ass kangaroo that Sylvester thought was a mouse and it boxed his ears. I’d give him an 8.

A fully loaded diesel pickup skip the German crap.  Actually drive right over them.

That is an extremely important difference, showing the two pies is valuable context. Especially as I’m not an American we’re often exposed to the first rather than the second in the media and the first pie more commonly referenced in conversation.

Noted and appreciate the clarification and sharing of data.

Not sure how you’re trying to refute my comment or if you’re making another point.

The 50%+ hurts and 80k isn’t that high. But I’d gladly pay it because I value the utilitarian benefits it provides for our whole country.

Universal” health care only works in other countries because they make it next to impossible (by American standards) to see doctors (and you don’t pick the ones you do see) and cut off care when you get too expensive. I’ve lived in Canada and the UK; it’s just the way it works.”

Brother I gotta teach you the hospital parking scam.  When my son was born we were in hospital for 3 days, would have cost $65.  Turns out I lost my ticket and all I had to pay was the $20 lost ticket fee.  ;)

Canada?

Tax rate here in Canada is super high for those in the middle class, but we can also have babies for free, get bones fixed for free, have free cancer screenings, and god forbid have a motor accident spend months in the hospital not worrying about how much it will cost.  Universal health care is worth it.

We are pretty socialist up here in Canada, while its not perfect I gotta say I’m fine with paying taxes if it means I can walk into a hospital with an ailment or to my doctor with a concern if I can walk out of there with medicine, healing, treatment not a bill that forces me into bankruptcy.

Everyone should just pay Greece for use of their trademark cross.   Then maybe we’d be out of debt... damnit.

We haven’t won yet - played about 5 times. That said mostly it’s with 3 people and depending on what specialists you get it can be harder or easier.  I imagine if we ever play with 4 or 5 people we will win quite easily.

Can you provide any comparisons or statistics to back up your statement? I’d bet you cant substantiate your point.  I’d bet that the police apprehend all races with equal expediency when there is sufficient evidence to pick up someone on an attempted murder charge.
