I may have to switch to Android. Heard a rumor that Instagram might be implementing a feature where the shutter button is disabled unless there is a guy with a beard and skinny jeans (rolled to mid-calf, thank you) someplace in the frame.

I think an App (Gawd, I just capitalized app, no wonder Apple thinks they own everything) does the splitting and only sends one portion of audio to one split side and the other to the other side, in mono. A regular splitter (which this is) is just a cheap piece of plastic.
Well, the sun is usually shining (if only a bit), so that's nice...
Why are rainbows good?
I realize that, I meant things more along the line of that the product aesthetic didn't die when they got shuffled around and enveloped by Lenovo.
MacBooks, some of Sony's nicer models, some select HP's be damned: I still like the all bid-ness look of the ThinkPads. Including many of the Lenovo made models.
I got an RZ67, basically brand new (could not find a single mark, really) for under $700 with 110/2.8, Polaroid back, accessories, etc. I saw some 'funky' looking RB's that were going for less. Auctions ended around $400 or so...
$350 is nuts. eBay or local shops for Mamiyas, Canons, Minoltas, Pentax, etc. You can get a beat up RB67 with a lens for less probably.
Wait, someone found it?
deLos,
The snark was the contrast between all the sq ft and the limited number of products that they sell.
Went to the local Apple store recently, for the first time. It was a cold, rainy day and the foot traffic outside and in other stores was minimal. I walk into the Apple store and it was packed. People just hanging out, a class (how to use your iPad) going on, etc. I was amazed - most people seemed to be doing…
What I have never understood is why do you need 5K-15K sq ft. to sell 8 different products.
Her statement seems contradictory. She is implying that it makes sense to have no buttons, since she only uses one soft touch button, but soft touch/soft key buttons are on the screen??!? Only uses one 'hard touch' button?
In IT an effective and legitimate way to mount different types of hardware to backing boards in communications closets is Zip Ties (often with the closed loop on the end, for a screw to hold it against something).
I buy all my cocaine on 6th, which explains why we haven't met before.
I remember watching this thing on 20/20 (I think) years ago about how the US government only buys certain products that fit certain criteria, usually at way over-valued prices. Makes sense on maybe, assault rifles - you want to get what you pay for, but this was on things like bleach and ashtrays. The ashtrays had…
Apple's walled garden isn't much better. Hell, the App store removes/doesn't approve so many things you would think they are burning books in Cupertino (not before they sold you a digital copy, mind you).
