Have you tried covering the bowl of rice with a wet paper towel? Or even putting just the tiniest bit of water over the rice to steam it? I do both, plus heat it for a minute, stir then nuke it for another minute.  The results are pretty decent.

As was noted on Gizmodo this morning, we will likely see soon after the election that Trump or one of his sycophants manipulated the FDA approval process so Trump would have a “win” against Covid to show. 

I have a feeling what Trump is calling “prepay” is actually a loss carryforward, but that would require him to acknowledge his string of epic business failures, so his team has rephrased as a prepayment using the broadest possible definition of that term.

So, basically; it won’t. The entire Trump plan is illegal and unenforceable, and even if it weren’t, amounts to a measly loan only for those already working who don’t need it.
