no, do the math. It is deceptive 1000 monthly rent = 12000 a year right? 12000 *12% = 1440. So 440 more than a months rent right there. Those bastards are tricky... it kills my soul to see them charging 15% now outside of Manhattan

lol yea that April time sucks... I just usually try to suck it up and cry for a few days and hope that my estimates were close enough that taxes owed is minimal

I think there was something similar to this with an NYU graduate doing healthy meal planning on $4/day. Wrote a book and all that jazz. I always envy this but find it nearly impossible being in nyc.... meh
