A lot of people just haven’t been listening— but she really is, once you sit down and listen to more than just her soundbites. She may not have the most soaring rhetoric, but “grounded” is a good word for it.
My only fear is they really do have something substantial and they’ll wait another week or so. I keep hearing murmurings of things like ‘She sold weapons to isis!’, which I don’t believe she would have done, but I also believe if she did would be problematic for the campaign.

YAWN.
.... Why are you surprised she fought so hard against it? She wasn’t trying to hide what was in the speeches, she was fighting against the stupid double standard that had strong undertones of “how dare the uppity lady get paid lots of money to speak to a group who is willing to pay her lots of money to hear words come…
Michelle Bachman is on MSNBC right now trying to claim that these show Hillary is a traitor, Hillary’s team is responsible for sending the Trump audio to WaPo, and that it’s just “boys talk.” GROSS.
I mean, if these are the the worst they’ve got...this is...not that big a deal? Historically speaking, if someone in Czechoslovakia orders you to the oven, you’re quite happy if you’re taken to a kitchen.
I was told once that if I ever wanted free parking in the players’ lot to just tell the security guy that I was an umpire - I absolutely lack the balls to try this...
As a member of the press, I can confirm that 99% of the job is ‘looking like you belong there.’ Also, walking with a purpose and flashing a press badge will get you into most places.
It’s amazing how far people will let a member of the press go before they stop you, mostly out of their own confusion and desire to…
You’d be surprised. Almost every professional team will approve a media pass for you if you just have a blog. Anyone can make one.
