My hope is that the thousand worlds include a handful of unique handcrafted worlds chock-full of lore and fun little quirks and tidbits to find that hint towards a bigger story, and then hundreds of randomized unpopulated worlds that basically just exist to gather materials and fight pirates without risk of messing up

These two are definitely in cahoots, and they absolutely roam from town to town pulling the same scam for free drinks.

That just sounds like a horrible way to consume any entertainment. An average meta knowledge entertainment as a whole is going to tell you that most characters are going to live.

I think they should’ve made it a dark character piece about Obi-Wan’s isolation and loneliness during one of the darkest parts of the Star Wars universe. Could’ve made for really compelling stuff.

Seriously. Darth Vader was presented as a scary, relentless, ruthless, unstoppable engine of malice, while Obi-Wan was pretty much pissing himself in fear. A hell of a sequence. And then the whole flaming glass Force drag torture moment really reinforced the darkness between the former friends/master & Padawan...

Reva didn’t come down the tunnel. She went another way. Not hard to figure out where the tunnel was going and Reva can move fast. The tunnel also might have been a longer path in order to keep it hidden.
