It does look like Fixer and Camie are being attacked by Niktos.

I hope the entire show is just a deep dive into power converters, and at the end, we find out that every main character in the sw universe has used the same power converters, going back millennia.

Because victims shouldn’t be made to suffer because they are victims.  

I’m guessing because she wants to see change happen at the company and be part of making it a better place for everyone to work. 

People will jump on “Money” in the subheadline, but this sentence really outlines how shitty companies like this screw people who stand up and how much of a financial blow it can be:

Sigh... I really want to be all “who the fuck cares” about this movie because of the last two films, but the trailer has done its fucking job and got my attention. 

Gross. As someone who spent years as a design and brand integrity director, this is just a petty power flex by Take Two. This would have no impact on their business or the strength of their brand. Why is it that every time Kinja seems to fix something, it breaks something else?

That this is styled as being “almost shocking” (i.e., that people don’t realize how much CGI the show uses) goes to the point that I’ve made over and over again: people don’t hate CGI, they hate bad CGI.  Modern films and movies are constantly using CGI in all sorts of subtle ways that most people never notice.

These VFX shorts are always fascinating, but I hate how they do the “quick wipe” shots. It would be way more helpful if they had more side by side comparisons so you could really see how different the final composition is from reality. 

In the comics Kate Bishop is very much the adult to Clint Barton’s disaster prone man-child. It’ll be fun to see how the MCU adjusts this for Jeremy Renner’s grown up mentor figure family man. It’s pretty clear Hailee Steinfeld’s Kate is bringing the reckless exuberance of youth.

She does go on to explain that if she sells the property in the future for the same price, she’ll owe taxes on that $3 million again. But until that day, she’s basically getting an interest-free loan from the government.
